Anyone know the pay range of regular JG4 in the Netherlands?

Anyone know if the number below is for technical or nontechnical? Upstream?
For NL, you can try to get a rough idea of the PIR 100% number for any JG by trying to an IBAS expat pay calculation for any host and base country combination - that will help you narrow it down. JG2 NL 100% PIR is 150.5k EUR - dividing that by 1.2 twice to get to lower JG4 would yield 104.5k EUR.
