This company is very corrupt and lacks ethics, integrity, and is very profit driven. I'm sure when the powers to be are meeting their quota's in whatever it may be, they are violating rights. Layoffs cause disruption among the employees and people who have worked for this company for many years are treated like numbers. You can record them in your home with your cell phone about non patient information. You just can't use it in a court of law-but you can play it for an attorney to convince him the strength of your case. Management and HR will lie -and gaslight you. Act accordingly.
