To think they would go full RTO is absurd and would make me look for work at a competitor who allows WFH.

Many ADP employees should leave as they are overpaid, underqualified and lazy.

Simple really. Do what the company wants and your check clears every two weeks, do what you want but then you have to work somewhere else.

In my last few years at ADP, I was "homeshored." They encouraged it back then. And they sold most of the real-estate in Roseland and re-designed 1 ADP to accommodate homeshored people 1-2 day bases when traveled in for meetings and such.
Then they called people back in, and all those "visitor" cubes got full of full-timers, and then the nice little non-reservable meeting rooms got occupied by visiting homeshored folks and chaos ensued.
My money says you’re not leaving ADP.
Office buildings used as collateral. The buildings need to prove full occupancy.
Employees used as pawns for this purpose.
There is no need to be in the office.
