@yvi+1n9LaWSC The 'Freshers' aren't worth the crore given the fact they're farmed and lumped into positions they are clearly under-qualified to perform. The fact they're chosen over U.S. hires contributes to the economic decline of the U.S. It's a cr-p tactic to flood the market with lesser talent and squeeze qualified hires out.

All the India hiring had as a benefit was to push out the US grads as well as professionals.
