We are told we have a benefit in summer hours but my boss does not play by that rule. Emailed at 1pm, texted 15 mins laters. Ended up working a full day. Am told that “we” don’t have the luxury for a half day. His boss does not like summer hours and he is the bid boss. What is the point?

Looks good on paper. Most leaders look sideways at anyone using the benefit. Passive aggressive comments no matter how hard we work.
