I was told today by management said, that they have my best interest in mind and managers aren't toxic. Lol!! What company are they working for? I told them I am playing the BS Card on that one. Lol!!! When I called them out and said if I give everything, nothing is good enough. One always sucks. Management said they had no response to that. They said we are allowed to go to bathroom, I said no we aren't .... Without being punished. How BS can one feed to the employees?

This company doesn’t hire managers with management dimensions. It promotes their buddies in a cronyism type of way, so unqualified people become managers. Sadly they are first of all usually technically unqualified since what they did best is take marching orders. But you can forget about finding a manager who cares more about developing his team, that’s called a unicorn at Optum!!
What depts. are y'all working in? My dept. leadership at Optum is super respectful. They want to see me and the collective team win and support us at every step.
Just ignore them until you can find a better job.

They are something. The manager told me also if I don't engage in one on one's I get a cap and it will go to HR. Their is nothing that says I have to engage in one on one's. It just says I have to be there. I have nothing to say and nothing nice to say. The manager said it is something I don't want to ask questions, so I can improve. I don't the manager to care, because no matter what I do it isn't good enough. 90% is meeting adherence, there is no need for 92%. The manager said but we want 92%, and I said I want million dollars ... But that isn't happening.
Mine told me that I was a waste of their time the other day. SMH.
