Capital Markets Day, what did everyone think?

Did not seem too negative. What do you guys make of it?

Ok. Now the question is when? Probably when the job market goes to cr-p and everything dries up. Why don't they just do it already instead of di-king around so people can get in with their lives? But Shell is focused on Shell, not the thousands of employees this will impact. Oh well, that’s life working for the Dutch, oops, I mean now the king.

Perhaps the CEO needs to take the electric ferry ride. That may change his mind.

Shell just spent all that money on that new electric ferry and now they are giving up on Singapore?

Chops expected in Renewables and New Energies. The surprise was a relook at Chemicals particularly Singapore. But wait, Robin’s protege is there who divested the roe tire West Coast Refineries and Deer park, so should we be surprised?

Simplification re-org coming our way, to help with those Opex reductions. Late 2023 or early 2024?

How does Shell cut out $2-3B in Opex?

That’s a huge number.

Lot's of opportunity for deepwater to keep underperforming, LNG to have more downtime and new project to come in too late and over budget. What else is new ?
