Spending freeze announced this week in BDB to compensate for IDS potentially missing budget targets. Product launches will be delayed. Most likely layoffs will hit before FY24.

IDS had a couple rounds of layoffs early in the year and over the last month. I hear spending and budgets are still tight with a big push for hybrid return to office. With the current numbers, I foresee more to come.
Any BD’s out there being forced into using PTO or non paid days upcoming? That should help their numbers eh?
