If you’re based in the U.S. , the end game is to lay you off while keeping an offshore employee. This company will file BK soon if they are not taken over, but who wants it with this much debt? Get a plan B ready and get the severance, so you can jump ship to ship

C-suite values the low cost model employee only and whatever it takes to get there. If you don’t figure into LC model better start looking or hope for some pitiful Pkg when your time comes.
Offshoring is short sighted and rarely gets any company ahead. But this is what happens when a C suite does not value it's employees. Best to move on to a company who is interested in investing in their people.
