I know a lot of departments have been hit with layoffs but anyone have an idea about maintenance? They just put new employees through training and school. A complete waste if they are laying them off

Any update on anything? Everyone above my line manager is AWOL though I guess still collecting their bloated compensation

The managers and supervisors know what’s going to happen they are just not going to tell you! They are gonna get as much out of you as possible before they cut ties with people…. They are just lining their pockets before this place closes down for good!!!
Some will go and some will survive the "right sizing". The whole economy is in the cr-pper because of the 1 %ers.
If you don't get into maintenance, you will go back to your previous position
Maintenance can't keep the lines running now, they rob peter to pay paul!!! Wonder if they will combine sites with one manager overseeing both?? Hummm...
