Now that the bp announced that the company plans to build up technical centers in India, how much of a cut should we be expecting?

Maybe if you want a technical career with BP you will be living in India.
Sounds like all of bp solutions will be outsourced to this centre

It's outsourcing but they just don't want to call it that. Our processes are an absolute mess at the best of times so it's going to be fun explaining to people why it's different for every asset never mind every region
