Still remember getting emails from the Devon CEO, practically forcing me to complete the "Best Places to Work" survey. I refused. It came as no surprise to me, that I was let go a month later.
Honestly, it’s the only way any of these hangerons will ever be held accountable. They’ve made it a master class in how to protect your job and throw everyone else onto the chopping block. Clean slate is the only way.
