I came from Charter and I had some pleasant years in Charter, then gradually, things began to go south. I left there before things got worse. But now I feel things are turning in Cox as well. I really think Cox is a good company and please learn from Charter and don't fall on its path again.
BTW, please don't hire anyone from AT&T, and their managers are the worst. Last time, I saw someone complain how worse her manager was. So I asked her, had your manager come from AT&T? She said, how did you know? And their good engineers have left for quite a while. Some good one I met mentioned to me that they had a meeting with 20+ and only he was the one doing the job....
