Too many of you are too scared of layoffs. So much so that you're affecting your own health by stressing over it non-stop. You can't live like that. You can’t live in fear. There is no point in worrying about things we can’t control, especially when it comes to Citrix. Life is not easy but it can be much better if you teach yourself to prioritize your health over stuff that's out of your control.

"Stay and help yourselves to sweet sweet free money." Seriously?
Isn't that exactly what the Private Equity grave robbers thought they would reap when they opened the Tibco and Citrix tombs to discover their treasure?
Nothing but corpses, evidence of fraudulent leadership, and obsolete software.
It’s really not that bad. Nobody needs to work much because nobody needs to show any results until way past the end of the year, then we’ll see that nothing was done but everyone can be on their merry way by then having already found new jobs and received twice the paycheck. Stay and help yourselves to sweet sweet free money.
You said, "Too many of you are too scared of layoffs."
Understood, but when does the decline of the Citrix installed base slow to the point that layoffs are no longer required to sustain CSG profitability goals? I do wonder.
As long as the customer exits continue, it's impossible to imagine an end to the headcount downsizing. While I agree this crisis is beyond the control of most of the remaining employees, it's hard to ignore.
