Division president sent a video talking about return to office and at the end made the comment above. I guess he thinks the contributions of people who have been working from home for years (because adp closed their offices) are worthless? and the energy saved/impact on carbon footprint by removing desk phones will lessen the impact of people driving to an office 3 days a week to collaborate and be congenial with offshore associates via webex makes sense? Wow.

ADP doesn't trust its employees to work from home. They think that employees must be watched to really be productive.
All these ADP whiners. Most of the lazy people like you, want to stay have and continue to slack off. Get in the office or be terminated.
Agree, and bonus, your children won’t see you and find it acceptable.
Binge your Netflix shows after you get home from the office not while you’re on the clock. It’s called ‘work ethic’, you’ll sleep better at night. :)
Cheers
ADP and its liberal philosophies will drive most of the hard workers away. I’m all for WFH. But the liberal philosophy and these RTOs will cause me to work for a different competitor after 8 years
If ADP doesn’t recognize that we were more productive and increasing income while working at home, then they are out of touch. Many of our jobs need minimal collab. We worked from him for a long time. RTO caused many to go to competitors that offered higher pay and WFH capabilities. To think they would go full RTO is absurd and would make me look for work at a competitor who allows WFH.
Go back to the office and get over it already.
the flogging will continue until morale improves!
