I wouldn't be surprised if the overtime policy is "ammended" next
don't be surprised when the overtime policy is changed too. this is the time they will do this because everyone can't quit.

Manufacturing hourly employees layoff happening the second week of July. Supervisors/managers have already been told but can neither confirm nor deny. Hourly employees remain on reduced hours at least until after layoffs. Bump-backs and reorganization to follow as all those with less than 2.5 years will be let go, meaning that the majority of the night shifts will need to be staffed.
I haven’t heard anything for this month. But rumor is C/S plans to make more cuts towards the end of this year.
Or anytime relatively soon?
