Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Nielsen CEO David Kenny's hiprocracy

David Kenny once wrote "At Nielsen, we stand for counting everyone—ensuring that all voices are not just counted, but are heard. In the past, we have often been silent. We will be silent no more."

I experienced racism, discrimination and retiallation at Nielsen. Nielsen tried to offer me $51,000 to settle and tried to force me to delete my YouTube and social media posts outlining racism, discrimination and retiallation I experienced while working for Nielsen.

I explained to them how much my YouTube videos meant to me as I created them during times of dispair and making them was a form of therapy for me.

I countered back with a much lower amount of $43900 to settle for general release of claims (without being forced to delete all the videos I created). They refused.

I belive Nielsen CEO David Kenny is aware of what Nielsen did to me. So what kind of hiprocracy is it that he went on linkedin stating "We will be silent no more" yet his company still tries to force people to sign settlement agreements with very restrictive confidentiality provisions when it comes to cases about racism and discrimination at Nielsen?

Is this not total hiprocracy or what?
