I was eating at YUM yesterday and two Human Capital Employees were discussing Tech Layoffs coming in June. I was sitting right next to them and they had NO idea I was listening to confidential information. I also noticed their names and name tags were visible. I could have turned them in, but changed my mind. They talked about specific bad behavior from certain employees BY NAME. So unprofessional. If that ever happens again, I'll go to the top. Again sorry I chickened out but now I feel I need to say something. FYI YUM is a restaurant across the street from Optum HQ.

for the poster getting downvoted... YUM is a restaurant by HQ, not an acronym. You could easily use Google or Bing to find that. Try it some time instead of clowning yourself.
HR is a joke protected by the league of lawyers this place keeps retained.
Let’s not pressure the poster to provide more detail here. It’s obvious so called HR/leadership are snooping around in this forum. You all should Google Optum layoff how bad they are to snoop around and belittled, bullied staff..
