Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

CDK had become an EMBARRASSMENT to its clients

CDK can no long hold a stable meeting to show its software.

Teams are over worked and by the time anyone gets anywhere the CEO fired and lays off everyone. Management then has the ba--s to hold meetings and expect people to tell them that they are being lead to their doom (this won’t happen as everyone is scared shitless).

No one has any clue how anything thing works and cannot bring and stability to work with what they have.

Clients are being shown halfway done and even broken products held together on by what’s left of knowledgeable staff.

This is a DIRECT result of aimless leadership and lack or respect for the knowledge lost.

The ship is sinking and anyone who is desperate enough to work here has been fitted into clown shoes.

the brainless leadership just likes to put more and more lipstick and perfume on the 50+ year old GILF that's the DMS.

every few years they let it self-identify by a new name. This time it's Xperience

Have you ever noticed every year the brainless leadership screams from the mountain about CDK’s new tech coming out to get every dealer amped up. Then….zip…zero…nada is built and/or launched and hopefully forgotten?

@9cma+1n2Xjni8 It didn't help when they went for that 'fake-it-til-you-make it' BS bugfest that was DriveFlex, but everyone in the C-level swallowed it because it let their salesmen shout "we're in the cloud too!" at NADA.

And the mush-brained CEO who signed off on that abortion is now the same one who came back and started laying off everybody almost a year ago.

And you wonder why the company is swirling the toilet?
