Are there numbers of people that have left? Feels like a revolving door, especially around sales right now. Why is leadership not addressing this?

The empty suits often double down when faced with walkouts. There was a horrific sweatshop known as Atlantis Systems International in Brampton -- now defunct -- that operated in such a fashion, with their tech trade workers leaving faster than new ones could be brought in.
Refinitiv are further along the curve. Rounds are now kept secret, ostensibly to avoid tanking the stock price and damage morale even further. And managers and HR have targets to PIP or manage out employees. Ask me how I know!
TR never mention who was redundant haha first time in my entire life company makes such a big secret about it 🙈 but why???
My experience is that TR doesn’t even notify teams when people resign unless they have a shareholder obligation to. I’ve never worked at a company before that actively tries to hide when someone leaves their job. You will message them one day and get a notification the email no longer exists. Toxic af
Forced out like they make up false bad performances complaints?
You must be relatively new to TR… Since the Reuters acquisition in 2008 that resulted in a headcount of 60,000, it has been a steady RIF scenario… This will probably be accelerated as AI can replace expensive bodies in the US and UK….
Some are leaving for other opportunities and others are forced out
I’m sure they have numbers. HR has all the data. Are they going to tell us. Nope. The company will never tell you when things are bad. If they do. Then it’s really bad (it’s panicking the shareholders).
Lots of tenured folks are leaving, lots are being replaced with cheaper people in other countries, and the new folks are staying less.
This is normal for TR.
Ah you must be relatively new to TR. It is the goal of upper management for LESS employees in the US and UK, and thus leadership IS addressing it.
