Whoever in leadership was sold on the software platforms and automation of processes as a streamlined approach to increase profits, productivity and customer service should be fired! They destroyed this company, its marketplace reputation and eliminated some of the most long term, hard working and dedicated employees of Siemens. You should be ashamed
Clearly you don’t work for a US branch! The place is a disaster
Short term balance sheet report! they fired just about all US branch support in engineering, finance, accounting and administration and sent the jobs to India! Wait till Q4 as order intake is non existent due to the stupidity of automating every single process!
Big raises for all????
