My experience, during a couple of years here, VMware product marketing seems full of people coasting along within their mediocre status quo. From our VP of EUC marketing downwards through the rest of the 'leadership' team, there is no apparent interest in trying to grow the business. Maybe they know something I don't. I do wonder.
These 'influencers' give us all a bad name thinking you can just do no work in tech and pick up big money doing as little as possible at home - success certainly is not an easy ride anything customer facing is hard work - then again some internal roles must have less stress for sure but people entering the job market and working from home have no idea what it was like, prob think its always been easy
