Amazing to see how Roman has conducted his layoffs and keeping his good ol buddy network alive by implementing the twin city two step. For those that arent aware, this is where you sh!tcan an entire organization but then keep the failed leader if the org. The peons are left with no job while the leader goes off to destroy another business. Many examples abound but milena would be a prime example. Off with all their heads and then cart the spoiled and failed leader off to a new business…ohh the twin cities two step!!

Up until the pfas/pfos issue raised its ugly head in oakwood and woodbury, 3M had a stellar reputation in the twin cities, even as mcnerney and his band of GE rejects were slashing budgets and people.
These past 5 years in particular with the 7+ layoffs have definitely damaged 3Ms reputation in the east metro. I don't know of a single person below GRADE 15 who would recommend this place. Quite the opposite!
