Everyday wins points are important. Carrie clapper needs a new toaster oven.

But hey, they did communicate that Everyday Wins points will transfer over. It had its own line on the PowerPoint. Because THAT’S what everyone cares about. Everyday Wins points. 🙄

If it is left by Moni Moni ...it will not have future.

A CEO with a bachelor's degree in Commerce from India leading a health care company....sorry we need someone with better credentials, not some bean counting accountant

That town hall was very uninspiring. They’ve basically “lift and shifted” everything over. They haven’t assessed what the organization structure needs to be for Spinco to be a high performing organization. And the debt loading makes me believe that there will be a lack of investment to grow for many years.

On top of that the compensation packages will be similar to parent 3M. But not benchmarked to other health care or medical companies - so we will continue losing the best talent.

Very disappointing. The only saving grace will be if we get an external CEO that will make shake things up. If it’s an internal appointment, I don’t hold much hope.

Only thing out of the townhall was that comp and benefits will be "in aggregate, comparable" to what you get now. So, HR speak for "worse". Also, the Q&A portion was obviously scripted and rehearsed.

With current leadership, not bright. If u heard hr on the townhall this week, apart from the self congratulation there was zero substance. Lavers was reading a script very obvious. Routier…. Don lemon would be more convincing… utterly embarrassing. And the comms and brand person was on the verge of jumping out of the screen… calm down already!
