Trying to copy personal files to a flash drive that is encrypted by Biltlocker on Windows 10 laptop. Have the password, drive is unlocked and readable, but no write access. Was not a problem before, but now it is saying I need admin rights to create a directory or copy any file on a flash drive. No admin rights on laptop. Any advice?

update your resume and apply job outside. It is to to find better job outside Sabre. It is a lot job that pay much better than Sabre.
I took severance package 2 year ago. it is the best decision, i got better job and better pay.

I would be really careful with coping anything except your personal files. There have been immediate terminations lately for doing so.Everything you created at work is Sabre propriatery and IT is monitoring.
Some people are working here a long, long time, and like few years ago (windows 7 times) you had an admin access and there was "limited private use" policy in Sabre. You were allowed to use it as private machine for some purposes. I know people who played games on it!

I don't understand the concept of personal files on a corporate equipment.
Do not put personal files on your work computer in the first place.
Make sure it’s personal only. A few employees have just been terminated cz they were transferring work files to their personal drives.
Login on Microsoft OneDrive on your personal PC and copy files?
Won't allow me to open ICloud drive now, although I was ok yesterday. Also can't load onto flash drive as per earlier comment.
I emailed all my important stuff to my personal email address.
Be sure to change your email on any non-work stuff associated to your work email!!!
