The rumor mill seems to keep running with out the power source. Very clearly there is no the layoff for the duration of FY23. Looking ahead I expect to identify RIF target in October after FY23 final results; geoshifting targets communicated and the layoff to begin FY24 if attrition targets are not achieved. This is not the personal this is the business.

Why not Qualcomm Layoff 2025? This trend will continue.

Those speculating that there are no layoffs happening in 2023 obviously don't work at Qualcomm and have no contacts here. There are people already impacted.
Did anyone stop to think that maybe there is no layoff because there is a new innovative product cycle coming and the people will be needed for this? Think for the future! we know current product cycle is dying but that is the way of product innovation cycles. I would expect more optimism from the so very intelligent peoples.
Layoffs next week i heard and makes sense before AH.
