You can try fill out the latest corporate survey....it is supposed to be more trasparent this time.

Your team manager will of course schedule a review meeting of the survey results to see how to help you set goals to correct the negative comments you'd entered.
Just start to remind people on the media all the lies that he said before, and not stopping to do it just once. Use any media existed in the world, capable to transmit the the message that he is a liar. Bad reputation could make its work.
