It would be nice if the leadership would really come forward and fix this company, but it seems to me that they will continue to allow more and more issues to pile up until it hits the rock bottom. I wish I wasn't right.

Nope. You're not wrong. Even corporate employees are shaking their head at this. Slashed hours, staff quiting, enraged customers..and where is our leader?. I predict more hours cuts with a side of impossible vaccine quotas . Front end will be a no man's land. Engineers will be bored with no work and will comment weekly here.
