Your CEO and ELT are the ones who ran the company in to the ground.......PG is basically the Joe Biden of CEO's. Wouldn't put too much stock in anything they promise.
The stock becomes worthless as soon as you get it and the little bonus is cut in half in taxes alone…
They cut everyones pay and bonuses with a stroke of a pen. What makes you think they won't just cut the IOU's when they get closer to payout?
Its a clever trick to lower people's pay and then lay them off.
