You must have been in the Uncon forum. It is pathetic that is still their talking point when there is a headcount reduction target in the US and at the same time a big hiring program in India. Add on top of that all of the expats from India now working in the Permian and it is clear the Uncon “leadership” wants to get rid of US employees.

I found about this 5-6 years ago. Yes, offshoring is the economical way to go. With the current bandwidth speed, the worker can be in ARG and be 100% productive (I'm in the US). Nothing we can do.
