Dont worry if its hard to comprehend, it follows a s***t sandwich format. Basically start with positive achievements, delivery the bad news in a subtle way, and wrap it up with more positive outlooks. So somewhere in that sandwich there is a thin slice of sour lettuce. Whether you like it or not, truth is there is no good way to deliver bad news.

The email went out to all regular Qualcomm employees. Temps and consultants were not included. Read into that what you will.
