Open the door for a major to come in

Exxon ready to buy, will wait til max pain on shares.

Sucks because last thing I want to do is move to north Houston.

It was no one personally, it was a clear and concise message that the Tower makes the rules, and they don’t want any feedback. There is a reason the Tower shares a resemblance to a Tolkien villains lair..

But DD and IT and TL worked so hard to get rid of us. We weren’t on “team podcast”

Here's a crazy idea...hire back the Houston folks that were let go ten years ago, when they closed the Houston office.

I would just be happy to see the weight we’ve been carrying for YEARS finally get unloaded. I’d happily look for another place to call home if it meant these horrible hangerons were unemployed.

Highly doubt a major wants anything Devon related. EOG? Yes. Pioneer? Yes. Oxy post debt reduction? Maybe.

There is no way Nichols would sell to hamm. He would see that as losing and he can’t be seen as weak.

Now the our big neighbor is private company and answers only to god and the devil... wouldn't it be logical that they (He) would finally make a run for the children of the tower. He would then have control of all of downtown OKC and two major buildings.

I don't think Exxon would be as interested. They bought XTO and absorbed a lot of their management and technical employees due their style because of their history of past success. What does Devon offer along that line? That is why a Pioneer acquistion was such a great rumor a few weeks ago.

It’s time the egos upstairs get brought low. Buy and clean out the tower. Sell each piece of the tower as you dismantle. I’m sure there are enough people that would want a souvenir of the “greatest oil company”
