Thread regarding CDK Global Inc. layoffs

$1000 to stay...

Customer Care is offering cash bonuses if you stay through the end of the year. Things must be bad internally.

They might be hoping people won't see the problem with this. Aug/Sept etc rolls around and suddenly people in Customer Care are getting laid off, no bonus payout necessary.

@1ugj+1mx9amIg honestly when boss said to call them thought was being laid off vs a pay adjustment. Some of support will be around mostly tier two and above for now and a handful of tier one for the inner circle clients. Figured is just a bribe to stay longer till the next chopping block comes up.

I had my last day some days back. Most of my colleagues who went to genpact lost interest in work. Those in list of getting laid off were just trying either to get a new job or discuss about severance.I see almost zero output in last 2 months.

How is that even possible. I thought CDK sent all of their customer care, support and similar teams to Genpact. Who is offering the $1000 to stay? How can you get a raise when both CDK and Genpact are out of cycle for promotions and pay raises? Someone isn't telling the truth or they are doing everything they can to keep those people they have.

Bunch of us actually got raises from a "market adjustment" along with that. Been in ranges from 10 to 20 percent even.

The lies are just piling up. They lied to keep some of them there until November, they'll lie to keep them until September.

If I were still there, I would spend every waking hour looking for another job.
