Has anyone been notified or know of anyone who has. What is the talk of people having to reapply for their jobs ?

There are still some in the UK who have not been notified, this looks like dragging on still, very disappointing for all those affected

They said the would send out notification on the 18th but I got nothing.

I've an invite for tomorrow but I was told (unofficially) back in Feb that I was at risk. Since then I have been looking for an internal vacancy in the UK but there are just none available. I knew of some coming up as a couple of people were leaving but they moved the backfill headcount from EMEA north to EMEA south where it is cheaper.
They are moving UK roles into Ireland/Germany as it's apparently lower cost. My role itself is not being made redundant it is the location. I am not optimistic about finding another role in SAP, the internal job board is a bit sparse unless your in sales.
With all that fanfare I expected to hear something pretty much immediately. Now sitting twiddling my thumbs and jumping at every email coming in. Healthy all round.
Looks like it will now run until the 1st of June..... shocking really.

Meeting invites are arriving in calendars, I've one and know of 5 more so its happening.
Collective consultation ends tomorrow, so hopefully we’ll hear soon. It’s been a total mess and this has gone on for too long.
