The problems just keep piling up here. I'm worried about my job, but I certainly don't intend to stay here much longer. I'm just wondering if this leadership will actually manage to solve at least some of the issues or not?

Does Leadership know what the most important issues are to fix. Do they have the experience to know where to look and find the most pressing issues?? Finally do they have the will power to look at all possibilities and fix them.
