Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Opinions

What's everyone's opinion on being held an extra 2 hours after working overnight 12 hours and that person falls asleep behind the wheel on the way home? Should I get an attorney?

You work an 8 hour shift. I think thats federal law. working 40 hours in a week if federal. You may have state laws in you state.

Without a doubt one of the silliest posts ever.

If you are Salary you work a 12 hour shift 8pm-8am. Ask me how I know. Also there have been store managers known for trying to make a 3rd shift salary manager stay until 10 or 11am.

That's not how life works. If you were so tired, you could pull over and take a nap. You zoomers need to man up and take responsibility for your actions.
