As a past employee, I can vouch for the fact that NJRC was an extremely stressful place to work at. To put it simply, Management was ridiculous and employees were simply scared of them. There was zero humility in their approach. Yelling at employees in a rude manner was common place. This place has a lot of history. Just google it when it was Flarion and you'll know about the work culture. Senior management always looked after each other's backs. I'm glad I was one of the ones 'let go' in May this year (2023). It was a blessing in disguise. I'm surprised some ridiculous management behavior was tolerated for this long. I mean one of them had absolutely zero people skills and can be extremely RUDE to put it very mildly.

NJ office to be shutdown to reduce cost.
All available open rack after firing will move to India. Cost saving.

If they move entire executive team to India, how much they will save?

Why would it be shut down? The best FPGA RTL designers I worked with are from the NJ office, the SD guys only played politics and got nothing done.

BUs who are paying for themselves, bringing in a healthy return on investment, are safe. Everyone was asked to trim a certain percentage off their budget, which was achieved through restructuring, voluntary retirements, and the low performance layoff in December.
