My group saves millions for the company each quarter, but almost never meets the metric given (IYKYK). I bet we’ll all get wiped out since we don’t manufacture or help manufacture wafers. Management is a joke, same as the C-level execs. Too egotistical.

Cutting entire groups is exactly what needs to happen. Decide what is not absolutely necessary and cut it. This peanut butter approach isn’t getting us anywhere. Just a slightly smaller version of the same dysfunctional mess.
If you don't contribute to product creation, you're gone.
Better get cracking on meaningful cuts or outsiders will have to be brought in to cut HC in half and get this thing back to profitability. Moon shot mission will be shelved. Leave the space travel to innovators like SpaceX.
Intel might be finally getting this right. If it doesn’t relate to design or manufacturing get rid of it. Your group might save millions but costs 10s of millions to exist.
Why not? He already lost an Arm and Leg or maybe both Arms and Legs🤣🤣
