Any RTO Violations? .... Anyone?

Read the latest email from Lord Krause handing out RTO violations. Anyone been notified yet?

RTO deniers will be terminated with prejudice. You may even be sent a courier who will hand you your last paycheck and punch you in the face.

RTO violations will result in layoff. The June layoff list is being compiled with RTO violators first

RTO mandates might be effective if you believe that most of your employees are like sheep or cattle, but what if your tech talent puddle includes a few fearless employees who can choose to work anywhere?

It is not a belief, it is by design to keep only the sheep and to hire more cattle should the need arise, sacred cattle from India of course.

"I much think quiet quitting is TK fear."
Yet ironically, TK is causing quiet quitting at CSG due to RTO and stack ranking, among other things.

Unemployment is low, the economy is adding new jobs in the U.S. and there still is a lack of skilled tech workers, so we have not reverted back to a pro-employer environment.

Krause's RTO retaliation threats are foolish and short-sighted.

Krause is gambling, not many. That's why he has no respect for leftover employees.

Hard to say whether that latest round of RTO threats are idle threats or not, but they sure do encourage me to work less. One thing is certain: the pathetic lackeys trying to cross reference badge scans to the stupid WFH requests in WD are going to sc--w up and falsely accuse people. It will be a sh-t show when they issue the so-called "violations".

The office is degrading into a pig pen so as to make our CEO feel at home.

I felt violated when RTO if that's what you mean. The facilities were no improvement over my local public library

It is truly diificult to imagine how any "CEO" (using that term loosely) can be a bigger #ss than Krause. Why would anyone in their right mind want to work for him? He is hated, and deservedly so.

Well f*ck, how many offices are left to return to? Less than there used to be if TK's closed them down, so probably a lot of RTO violations there; OTOH maybe less RTO violations since he's fired thousands who aren't around to break such a stupid rule. So maybe it's a wash?
