If you have posted latest update on RIFs and included people names of this org, beware they will remove the posts.
For example, there was a post mentioning 100 people were notified by a director and another 400 members impacted yesterday. That post is gone!’?
While information is helpful please be mindful on the content with calling out names. You can add special characters or abbreviations. Please repost without names of the Directors being included.
Ref "Report" - Yes, their true color always came out... The higher up put them in the middle layer as "pupp@@t" until they are used up and get "sp-t" out soon or later. Sorry this latest impacted you and your family... Consider this an opportunity to get away from this toxic culture and with a new start....Never look back... It happened to me years back but I am in a much better place now...

Yeah, about 100 of us were blindsided in a meeting this morning. A&W Rootbeer read a script—to all of us…with the microphone and chat option turned off…. Then said “this decision is final, you can hang up now”….such an unprofessional way to communicate this to everyone.
Meanwhile, while we were being “informed”, our other 400 peers were in another meeting (at the same exact time) being read another script by green M&M “boo boo we have to reduce staff” and telling them that we (in the other mtg) were being told “bye bye”.
… way to go Optum senior leaders & minion directors….The people that deserve to stay are laid off while you keep your buddies and other sorry excuses for management and staff…. All will reveal itself when your “Leadership towers” begin to collapse and eventually will come crashing down on all of you!
