Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

BCA is a cluster F@#k, Burn Out, Rapid Turnover, Exclusion, Poor Leadership, Dysfunction

DISBELIEF!
Calhoun says “transparency every step of the way” there has been ZERO transparency and lies upon lies. Our Company VALUES and ACTIONS should be guiding our decision making. He also says our people are what make us great and he and the EXCO leaders could give two sh--s about the people- entitled privileged men who have full intent of offloading work in every function to TATA not giving a sh-t about its people who have given so much to Boeing and who genuinely care. Calhoun says drive stability and all he has done is create chaos, he has told so many lies that Im sure he cannot keep them straight.
This “transformation” is a nightmare and completely disorganized. Executives greasing each others pockets, corruption at its finest. Drive stability is an after thought more like inconsistency and instability- its a giant cluster-f...never seen a reorg go down like this all while telling those affected your responsible for training TATA I hope they fail miserably. There intent is to make it so that this work is too costly to ever come back. Karma is a bi--h, they think they are solving a problem when in reality they are creating 20 new problems.

BCA is a mess, high pressure, no communication, unrealistic expectations, poorly managed from the top, bureaucracy at every corner, meetings upon meetings with no outcomes, screaming, yelling, swearing and finger pointing. The way BCA is operated in waves is a joke with band aid solutions and throwing money at the problem. They will do anything to meet production rates, if you can breathe your hired and it will all be at the cost of safety, rework and more importantly quality.

Just wait 9 months when RSU's are paid out that were granted 3 years ago as
as a retention strategy. There will be a mass exodus- the people are done, burnt out and tired of not being heard. Fire the executives and start from scratch- time to bring in and hire the clean up crew. They are all eager to retire and in for the $$$$ which is for all the wrong reasons. They have lost the trust and faith of their teams.

STOP. THE. MADNESS.

This may not be an accident or stupidity. Maybe they want to tank BCA intentionally.

Yep just sign your ethics and code of conduct while being told to do the exact opposite of it.

It's same thing that has been happening in ISC (indirect supply chain) since last year. I didn't realize this bs "transformation" was taking place in other areas too. It's totally shameful.

You get what you pay for generally. Boeing wanted the least experienced and therefore the cheapest people they could find.

The decision to go with the 737 max was driven by management not wanting to invest in a new aircraft program. They wanted to invest in stock buybacks instead, cause it directly affected their bonus.

Everyone knows the results but how do you allow the chairman of the board to become CEO after that disaster?

The More Things Change,
The more you can see how things will never change.
We the employees are saddled with a reрսgnant duрlicitous management.
With no prosecution of Boeing’s mass mսгdering management,
what could possibly go right for the honest and forthright
employees of such a criminal enterprise ?
NOTHING:

THE BOEING CORPORATION, at least BCA, Only has one direction,
it's a slow march into irreverence and extinction.

Managements utter and complete failure is found in the mindset of all criminals.
They think they are smarter than everyone else.
Hubris plus Stսpidity in the criminal minds of Boeing Management
is how we got here, there is no up-side with this management.
