Now that pot is legal in NY can GE test you and fire you for pot? And what about hiring can they refuse to hire if you have THB in you system?

I asked the Bosses and the HR Rep interviewing new hire candidates and they told me they tell the new hire candidates they will be dr-g tested for everything but Mari--ana, so why would you believe anything else? Just ask one of them thats been hired in the last 12 months, they will tell you how they smoke and still got hired.
