I was caught in the wave of Forrester layoffs today, I am hearing they are laying off 200 employees. My call was sales people, most of whom either had good track records or were already overachieving for the year. We were by our sales leader that we were being relieved of our duties immediately and then she promptly left us with an EX representative. Forrester has no empathy or respect for their employees and that can be seen in the fact that a person on this call was in week 2 of Maternity leave. Speechless.

Any word on how selections were made? First in first out? Performance?
Not only did they let go of the person who just came back from Mat leave, but they also let go of an expecting Parent who is due in May. The audacity of taking someone's healthcare away when they need it the most...this place makes me sick.
Seems like 150 people, 8%. Same boat. I found out on PTO. Lots of high achieving people let go, sounds like a lot of female leaders....
