Konica & Minolta. Two failing companies sold their homes and shacked up together in a bachelor apartment to save on rent and delay the inevitable. Cut their cable, water, electricity, cupboard is bare & rent is coming due. Why any Exec here would find plausible cause for arrogant superiority is mind boggling.

So glad i am as far away as i could get from this toxic dumpster fire. The arrogance and lack of respect here is beyond comprehension.
Chicago branch the absolute worst and most misguided.
I pity anyone still staying there and expecting not to get affected by management.

Always an excuse for every action, never any accountability.
When i worked at Konica Minolta all i ever heard from upper management or other managers was…..” Your Manager did this …” and “ Your manager didn’t let us know…” or “ Your manager can’t do that…”
The arrogance and jealousy between Konica managers and Minolta Managers was ridiculous. Not to mention anyone else that merged with these folks. Poor communication, bad attitudes, and a general mean spirited feeling was pretty much normal.
This did nothing but breed division between people.
Yet somehow we all were wrong, misguided, or out of control. It’s easier to label us that way, than to attempt to rectify what the real problem was. I don’t miss this place one bit.
Couldn’t be happier that i left.
I would recommend that people reassess staying at this organization and planning for retirement. You will be a Target. 🎯
