New package is 1 week per year only and no vesting of RSU. But you have to sign a big waver even if you are being g discriminated by age
I was laid off in 2018 ... at the time you could accrue unlimited vacation. I worked in an IT group constantly on the blocked from 2015 to 2018 so I rarely took a vacation. The package was 2 months severance + 1 week for every year of service + any accrued PTO. Hourly non exempt. So most would different. But unless it has totally changed then that is a pretty package... I worked at HP and Intuit and received much less ... 1 or 2 other places much much worse.
Your severance package ... if it hasn't changed since 2018 is pretty good too... that is if you did not use up all your vacation. After 10 years I left with about 7 months pay after taxes.
