Well this townhall so far is a lot less exciting since they silenced people from feeling comfortable asking questions. leadership doesn’t want to face the hot seat.

Stop training offshore teams, it is not your responsibility ...unless you were hired as a trainer or getting extra money;) let your manager to support them
Got to love DW telling 10 thousand people to keep it confidential.
@Confusethd
That's exactly what they want. Let me tell you what a joy it is hearing Steve "macro-economic environment" H. speak! Telling you he's going to lay you off in an instant without telling you he's going to lay you off.
I truly wish I understood what leadership wants from us. Everything feels carefully calculated to not spook us so we stick around long enough for them to meet their goals and then shed us without warning. It doesn't bring out the best in me.
Anytime I make friends with colleagues they’re off shored to another country for people to do lower quality work. I don’t need work friends anymore if this keeps happening.
Plus my location is pretty sparsely populated and depressing.
What did I miss?
"Do it for your colleagues"...yeah, so we can then do yet another reorg which will remove those colleagues from your lives.
Come to the office to meet new people, but don’t you dare think the leadership will be out doing the same when we have our own dedicated spot, segmented from you commoners.
We are built on Transparency and Trust.
Except in our own backyard.
What a joke.
The sign off with “We know you like being home with your families, but you need to come in to be friends with your colleagues” was laughable. That can’t be serious.
