I flew on the same commercial flight as Asish one time coming back from Austin. I think this was right after they sold off CMD. Guessing all the private jets must have been taken. He was in first class, obviously. He had an entourage of men in suits with him. Every single one of them were on their phones the entire time we waited to board. Not sure if those bozos also got first class or not. I was a lowly JG 7 so I was in the way back in the cheap seats.
Never got there being a production guy but heard great things. Losing the 3M Club and tartan impacted a lot more of us but still would have loved to go there just once.
As for execs, unless 3M is begging for bailout money like the auto companies did, don't expect them to fly anything less than the best, tireman included.
Will take 3M serious when the bigwigs start flying commercial. The waste alone of their flights just this week alone is outrageous
