Yes, we need new executive team with refreshed vision. We really need CEO from outside Qualcomm instead of promoting someone internally like Cristiano.
Agree. Cristiano, Akash and Jim Thompson have to go. They screwed the company big time and they get around $150M in compensation combined per year.
This is no longer a company worth working for.
I have a theory that because most investors are now monolithic investment firms like vanguard/blackrock/fidelity managing other peoples money that they really don't care about executive performance of the assets they are invested in so long as the low interest rates over the past 10 years keep assets floating upwards.
The next 10 years might be remarkably different.
