Thread regarding 3M layoffs

9.6 million US job openings

The unemployment rate is expected to blip up to 3.6% in April, a couple of notches above January's half-century low 3.4%

“Roman’s My Way”
And now, the end is near
3M faces the final curtain
My friend, I'll say it clear
I'll state my case, of which I'm certain
Roman has wrecked it all
He’s lived a life that's full of baloney
But more, much more than this
Roman wrecked 3M his way

The country is a near record low unemployment. Research history how that turned out? Unsustainable. Always led to large recession. Whether it takes 1 year or 3-5 it is coming.

Better take:

Friends, 3Mers, countrymen
I come not to praise Roman, but to bury him
The (much) evil that Roman did lives after him;
The (near zero) good is best interred with his bones;
So let it be with Roman. The ig-noble Varys
Hath told you Roman was ambitious:
As it was so, it is a grievous fault,
But not yet has Roman grievously answer'd it

Mike is pink Floyd's Another Brick in the Wall part 2.

We don't need no (business) education - minus David Gilmours awesome guitar solo.

And the employee chorus: hey, Mikey, leave them employees alone! All in all, you're just a brick in wall (and a buffoon to boot).
