Thread regarding CVS layoffs

District Leader

Is anyone else noticing a major bummer trend? Our culture is rapidly deteriorating and it's, like, a serious issue. And, let's be real, it seems to be coming straight outta the DVP or SVP level. The management there is creating such a negative and counterproductive environment, it's bringing the whole vibe down.

I mean, it's like, come on, man. We need to address this ASAP and turn things around. We need a culture that's inclusive and supportive. That means open communication, active listening, and support at all levels.

Dude, I got to be real with you, it's all about accountability these days and, like, there's so much freaking anger going around. It's like, everyone up there is pointing fingers and no one wants to take responsibility for their own actions.

But, like, let's take a chill pill and step back for a sec. We need to create a more positive and constructive environment, one where we can hold each other accountable without all the hostility and negativity.

I'm all for being accountable, but we need to find a way to do it without all the threats. So, put your heads together, find some common ground, and figure out how we can make this happen. Peace out.

Our organization's culture appears to be undergoing a rapid deterioration, which is a significant matter. It seems that this issue primarily stems from the higher-level executives, both at the Director and Vice President levels. The management team's approach is fostering a negative and counterproductive environment that is affecting the overall atmosphere.

Accountability has become increasingly important, and it is evident that there is a pervasive sense of anger within our organization. There is a tendency for individuals in higher positions to deflect responsibility, contributing to the current situation.

Lot of ignorant folks, boomers & young in the company. Who think it’s the 50s and want to run business that way, treat people (especially POC) that way.. it’s can’t be an inclusive, supportive environment with such people walking around CVS health. Respect the person, their work and ideas. Stop judging them on whatever fu---d up parameters you have in your head.
